Il file di inclusione <ext/hash_map> si riferisce alla classe di hash GNU extension e dichiarata nello spazio nomi __gnu_cxx. O si può qualificare in modo esplicito il nome del modello o aggiungere:

using namespace __gnu_cxx;

Utilizzare <unordered_map>. hash_map era un'estensione specifica del fornitore, sostituita da unordered_map.
