Come risolvere "scrigno ENOTFOUND"

Question

Sto cercando di installare https://github.com/catarse/catarse script su VPS (sulla mia macchina locale funziona bene) e ho un errore quando inserisco il comando bower install:

Così peccato .. mi sono entrati bower install --allow-root option invece di bower install --allow-root
