Perché non posso impostare un cookie e il reindirizzamento?

Sto avendo impostando un cookie e facendo un redirect 302
In Chrome il cookie non viene impostato (non ho ancora testato safari), in altri browser stavo avendo lo stesso problema fino a quando ho aggiunto Path=/ al un problema cookie e ora funziona.

Ecco come appare l'intestazione; lo stato è 302 Found

Qualche idea sul perché il cookie non è impostato? O qualche soluzione alternativa?
