Notifiche Growl per Mac OS X/RSS

Esiste un buon programma per notifiche RSS Growl "in tempo reale"? Vorrei installare un avviso Growl per i feed RSS. Quando un canale pubblica modifiche RSS, voglio vedere un avviso.

Ho provato OmniGrowl ma ho avuto problemi con il mio nuovo MacBook Pro.
