Costruzione modificato AOSP genera un errore (Cercando di cambiare API)

così ho cercato di aggiungere un'annotazione @hide alla mia variabile membro, ma sarà solo darmi un altro errore:

frameworks/base/core/java/android/app/admin/DevicePolicyManager.java:233: cannot find symbol 
symbol : class hide 
location: class android.app.admin.DevicePolicyManager 
    @hide 

Come posso risolvi questo problema?

ho fatto l'errore di usare @hide quali @Override, ma bisogna usarlo in un commento JavaDoc:

    * @hide 
    */
