Sembra che il numero di porta sia già preso. Ma funziona bene per il normale emulatore AVD quando arresto l'emulatore Genymotion.

Questo ha funzionato. Dovrai riavviare il dispositivo virtuale Genymotion e quindi eseguire 'ionic run android', non' ionic emulate android' –
