Errore InvalidDeploymentException durante la distribuzione dell'applicazione .NET

Question

Ho due progetti: Inventario, Produccion Dampers e ho aggiunto Inventario come riferimento a Produccion Dampers. Quando pubblico Produccion Dampers non ottengo un errore, ma quando provo ad installare ottengo questo errore:

tutte le idee su come risolvere questo problema?

il progetto incluso come riferimento (Inventario) non è stato firmato affatto, firmandolo con lo stesso certificato. come l'altro progetto (Produccion Dampers) ha risolto il problema ....
