Un feed RSS contiene sempre il testo. Questo testo è diviso in diverse categorie, come titolo, descrizione, autore, data di pubblicazione, Link, ecc Di solito, la descrizione testo contiene tutto o in parte la notizia principale, mentre il testo del link contiene un URL per visualizzare le notizie in sito di origine. Nel caso di notizie CBS, il testo del link contiene un link ad una pagina nel loro sito, che contiene notizie de video. Potrebbero anche aver inserito il video incorporato nell'HTML del testo descrittivo.

Non esiste un modo sicuro per verificare se un feed RSS contiene un video, ma è possibile provare almeno due cose (in cima alla mia testa): 1. Analizzare l'HTML del testo Descrizione per vedere se ci sono sono tutti i collegamenti video incorporati 2. Scarica e analizza l'HTML della pagina collegata nel testo del link per vedere se ci sono collegamenti video incorporati

La seconda opzione funzionerebbe per il feed CBS News. Tuttavia, ci sono diversi modi in cui un video può essere incorporato in una pagina HTML, e dovresti fare in modo che il parser cerchi tutti loro.

Sì in merito alle risposte precedenti: I feed RSS sono elenchi di elementi, nella descrizione di un articolo è presente il codice HTML da mostrare (è codice HTML di escape, per tag emmebeded in un file XML, quindi è necessario unescape questo naturalmente). Dal mio punto di vista, si potrebbe mostrare la descrizione in una sorta di webview. Ma penso che questo introduce problemi di prestazioni. Per scoprire quali media esterni sono nascosti, è necessario ovviamente analizzare il codice HTML incorporato e lì subisco una perdita di creatività, dopo aver seguito tali collegamenti si arriva a una pagina con i media incorporati e con un po 'di fortuna si potrebbe fare il grep URL di questo (per lo più è in qualche modo strapazzate afaik)

una cosa strana è, vedo molto spesso la parola "feedburner". Forse "Videostreams" è una caratteristica specifica di uno specifico strumento o fornitore di Feedreader?
