link_to (: controller => "qualcosa") helper + Devise non funziona correttamente

all! Forse qualcuno sa perché questo:

È necessario aggiungere una barra al percorso. Per esempio:

la pagina richiesta è/utenti/modificare. L'errore si verifica solo nei controller di sviluppo.
