HTML SVG - È possibile importare un <svg> in Adobe Illustrator per modificarlo?

Come dice il titolo, come posso modificare un file SVG in Adobe Illustrator?

Per esempio, ho ottenuto questo

Devo prima scaricare come .svg? E come posso scaricarlo come .svg?

Incollalo in un file di testo denominato whatever.svg e apri quel file in Illustrator.
