Credo che il problema è qualcosa con: LD: sconosciuto opzione: comando -no_pie – elf
Quali versioni di GHC e Cabal-installazione stai usando? L'errore di base è che HUnit non sta installando, ma HUnit è un pacchetto molto stabile (dipende solo da Base, non usa FFI per quanto ne so, tutta la versione su Hackage compile) quindi dovresti avere un problema installarlo. –
