Sto cercando di creare un plottaggio multiplo con lo stesso asse x ma diversi assi y, perché ho valori per due gruppi con intervalli diversi. Siccome voglio controllare i valori degli assi (rispettivamente gli assi y vanno da 2.000.000 a 4.000.000 e da 250.000 a 500.000), non vado d'accordo con facet_grid con scales = "free".Posizionamento preciso di più trame in ggplot2 con grid.arrange
Quindi quello che ho provato è creare due grafici (denominati "plots.treat" e "plot.control") e combinarli con grid.arrange e arrangeGrob. Il mio problema è che non so come controllare la posizione esatta dei due grafici, in modo che entrambi gli assi y siano posizionati su una linea verticale. Quindi nell'esempio sotto l'asse y del secondo grafico deve essere posizionato un po 'più a destra.
