A volte non abbiamo ricevuto la risposta da http://rubygems.org/. Quindi mostrerà l'errore dato.

  • Prova ancora per gem install usando gem install rack comando ed eseguire bundle update rake per aggiornare il file Gemfile.lock.

Se hai .rvmrc (che specifica il rubino ed è GemSET sta per essere usato) nella directory dell'app, esci dalla directory dell'app, quindi vai di nuovo nella directory dell'app.
