findViewById in una vista personalizzata per trovare la vista figlio

Ho definito una vista, si estende RelativeLayout, voglio estrarre i suoi figli il cui id sono specificati nel file di layout xml.

Qui il problema arriva: in HeaderView.java, line 28, 29, mHeaderContainer e mContentViewContainer sono nulli.

Sembra che nel activity_headerview.xml, il RelativeLayout cui ID è headerview_header e la RelativeLayout il cui id è headerview_content non sono figli di HeaderView.

Ho fatto qualcosa di sbagliato? Ogni aiuto sarà gradito!

Quando la vista personalizzata è stata creata, la vista secondaria non è stata allegata alla vista. prova a spostare il tuo codice sul metodo onFinishInflate(). questo metodo sarà invocato dal LayoutInflater dopo che tutto il layout è stato gonfiato.
