È possibile utilizzare pip per installare un pacchetto su ssh in un gitlab self-hosted?

Ho un gitlab self-hosted e vorrei installare un pacchetto ospitato lì usando ssh.

ho provato:

pip install git+ssh://git@<my_domain>:se7entyse7en/<project_name>.git 

ecco l'output:

Aggiornamento:

ho cercato di caricarlo su gitlab.com e dopo aver caricato il repo ho provato per installarlo eseguendo:

pip install git+ssh://git@gitlab.com:loumarvincaraig/<project_name>.git 

ma il nulla è cambiato. In particolare, ecco il contenuto di pip.log:

Non so perché, ma eseguendo il comando seguente ha funzionato (tagliare invece di: dopo <my_domain>):

pip install git+ssh://git@<my_domain>/se7entyse7en/<project_name>.git 
#         ^
#        slash instead of :
