Non riesco con l'installazione dei pacchetti R sotto centOS. Sto cercando di installare il pacchetto per installare il pacchetto rstudio/DT con la funzione install_github, ma quando provo a installare il pacchetto devtools ho il seguente errore che il pacchetto git2r non è stato installato. Qualcuno potrebbe sapere cosa dovrei fare per eseguire l'installazione con successo?Impossibile installare git2r né devtools pacchetti R su centOS 7.0 64 bit

Suggerimento: 'configure: error: libreria OpenSSL required'. Se disponi di diritti di amministratore, dovresti provare "yum install openssl". –

E ho ancora lo stesso errore. Non sono così familiare con centOS –
