java.sql.SQLException: invalid arguments in call significa problema durante la connessione al database di fare per URL/problemi di accesso: in cerca stacktrace vostro non sono sempre il collegamento via UserCredentialsDataSourceAdapter (il vostro id="datasource") ma usando DriverManagerDataSource (id="serverDatasource"): in poche parole il tuo sta tentando di connettersi senza utilizzare utente /parola d'ordine.

In sessionFactory fagioli filo di creazione:

invece di:

Grazie! L'ho assolutamente perso quando aggiungevo Spring Security. Stavo autenticandomi con UserCredentialsDataSourceAdapter nel mio controller di login, ma la mia SessionFactory utilizzava DriverManagerDataSource. – AndyAdamantium
